Governance, Risk Management, and Legal & Compliance are maintained as dedicated corporate functions at the Group level, applied consistently across every operating company.
Stod Group Inc. sets governance standards at the holding-company level so that every portfolio company — regardless of its stage or sector — operates to a consistent standard of oversight, accountability, and risk management. This includes corporate governance policy, financial controls, legal and regulatory compliance, and enterprise risk management.
Each operating company remains independently run, with governance and compliance requirements appropriate to its own industry and jurisdiction, coordinated with the Group's central Legal & Compliance and Risk Management functions.
